  • Non-Refundable Fees: All registration fees and administrative charges are non-refundable.

Before Course Start:

  • Full Refund: Students who withdraw from a course at least 7 days before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of the course fee, excluding any non-refundable charges.
  • Partial Refund: If a student withdraws less than 7 days before the course start date, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.

After Course Start:

  • No Refund: Once the course has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the course, changes in personal circumstances, or technical issues on the student’s side.

4. Special Circumstances

  • Medical Emergencies: In cases where a documented medical emergency prevents a student from continuing the course, a partial refund may be granted at the discretion of Virtual Quran University, depending on the number of classes attended.
  • Instructor Unavailability: If Virtual Quran University is unable to provide the scheduled classes due to instructor unavailability, students will have the option to reschedule, transfer to another course, or receive a prorated refund for unattended classes.

5. Refund Process

  • Submitting a Request: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@virtualquranuniversity.com
  •  or through WhatsApp. The request must include the student’s full name, course details, and the reason for the refund request.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the request, using the original payment method.
  • Notification: Students will receive an email confirmation once their refund request has been processed.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Missed Classes: Refunds will not be provided for missed classes due to the student’s failure to attend, regardless of prior notice.
  • Technical Issues: Virtual Quran University is not responsible for technical difficulties on the student’s side, such as poor internet connectivity or device malfunctions; therefore, no refunds will be granted in such cases.
